About the Project:

The project involved organizing the KL CON 2018 (bootstrapping - we did everything ourselves, no agency involved!), an international conference held in Kuala Lumpur. The aim was to gather 50-60 Global Delivery Pod members from Brazil, Malaysia, and Australia to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among remote team members from different regions.

Our Process / What We Did:

• Planned and coordinated the logistics for the conference, including venue selection, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Developed the conference agenda and secured speakers and facilitators from various locations.
• Managed the event setup, including technical requirements and on-site coordination.
• Facilitated networking opportunities and interactive sessions to maximize participant engagement.

Deliverables:

• Successfully executed International Learning Conference in KL.
• Comprehensive conference agenda and schedule.
• On-site event management and support materials.

Results:

The conference successfully connected global peers, enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams from diverse locations
