About the Project:

Establish and release the Sub-Domain’s Hub space on Intranet as a central place to share Sub-Domains services in June 2023

Our Process / What We Did:

• Analyzed existing communication channels and identified the need for a centralized hub.
• Collaborated with sub-domain’s team member to design the Hub’s structure and content.
• Runs a focused group to ensure we finalised the agreed page design.
• Developed and launched the Hub on the Intranet, ensuring it was user-friendly and aligned with organizational needs.
• Provided guidelines nd support to users for a smooth transition and effective use of the Hub.

Deliverables:

• Centralized Hub space on the Intranet.
• Structured content layout for Sub-Domain services.
• User guide and support materials.

Results:

The Hub became a go-to resource for Sub-Domain services, improving access to information and streamlining communication. User engagement increased significantly, and feedback highlighted the Hub’s role in enhancing internal collaboration.
