About the Project:

Design and launch a self-paced Hiring Guide Course for the Engineering Hiring Squad on the Go1 platform. The goal of the project was to create a comprehensive, easily accessible training resource to improve the hiring process and ensure consistency in candidate evaluation and selection.

Our Process / What We Did:

• Designed the course curriculum, including modules on best practices, evaluation criteria, and interview techniques.
• Collaborated with the Engineering Hiring Squad to ensure the content met their specific needs.
• Co-Designed with the Education Design Agency, developed and launched the course on the Go1 platform, focusing on ease of use and accessibility.
• Provided support and training materials to assist with the course rollout.
