About the Project:

Design and launch a self-paced new-hire onboarding program within the Technology Space on the Go1 platform. The goal of the project was to create an engaging, comprehensive, and scalable onboarding experience that effectively integrates new hires into the technology team (350 people).

Our Process / What We Did:

• Analyzed existing onboarding processes and identified key areas for improvement.
• Designed the onboarding program curriculum, including interactive modules, assessments, and resources.
• Collaborated with the technology team to ensure alignment with departmental needs and objectives.
• Developed (as a Product Owner) and launched the program (as a BA/ PM) on the Go1 platform, ensuring it was user-friendly and accessible.
• Provided training and support to managers and new hires for effective use of the program.

Deliverables:

• Self-paced onboarding program hosted on the Go1 platform.
• Interactive modules, assessments, and resource materials.
• Implementation guidelines and support documentation.

Results:

The onboarding program significantly enhanced new hire integration and engagement, leading to a smoother transition and quicker ramp-up times. Feedback from participants and managers indicated a higher satisfaction with the onboarding process and a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
