About the Project:

The project was to launch a coaching program specifically designed for a remote team, with quarterly cohorts. The goal was to provide structured coaching to 30 team members across Brazil, Malaysia, and Melbourne, enhancing their professional development and team cohesion.

Our Process / What We Did:

• Designed and developed the coaching program curriculum tailored for a remote team.
• Coordinated with stakeholders to align the program with organizational goals.
• Facilitated the recruitment and onboarding of 30 participants from Brazil, Malaysia, and Melbourne.
• Ran quarterly coaching sessions, including workshops and one-on-one meetings.
• Monitored progress and gathered feedback to continuously improve the program
