About the Project:

The project was to lead and execute Chapter 2 Event for the Global Delivery Pod in Kuala Lumpur. The goal was to celebrate the achievements of 30 team members, facilitate a farewell as part of a department closing and pre-restructuring, and strengthen team camaraderie.

Our Process / What We Did:

• Coordinated with team members to plan and organize the event logistics.
• Developed a comprehensive event plan including schedules, activities, and resources.
• Managed the execution of the event, ensuring all elements were delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitated a celebration to acknowledge team accomplishments and provide a memorable farewell experience.
